Trump sets 'psychological deadline' for Putin

He has set a “psychological deadline” for Russian Federation of when it must agree to do so, European Pravda reported.

“This is a psychological deadline. If I think they are deceiving us, I will not be happy about it,” he said.

Asked if he thinks Russia is dragging its feet on the issue right now, Trump said he didn't know.

“I don't think, I think he wants to make a deal,” he stated.
