US refuses to fund search for Ukrainian children abducted by Russian Federation

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio has denied the possibility of reinstating an initiative led by Yale University's Humanitarian Research Laboratory (Yale HRL) that tracked the mass deportation of children from Ukraine.
