A full-scale war has been going on in Ukraine for more than two years.

During this period, most citizens have contributed to the army by making donations or providing other assistance to the Armed Forces. Charitable foundations and philanthropists are also helping to destroy the enemy.

Pavlo Barbul, lawyer, MBA, PhD, member of the supervisory board of an investment fund, vice president of a charitable foundation, guest speaker at Ukrainian and foreign events, member of the CEO Club Ukraine, co-founder of the U-lead entrepreneurial community, and representative of several international defense corporations in Ukraine, announced the sale of his car. He plans to donate the proceeds to one of the Armed Forces of Ukraine's frontline units.

Pavlo Barbul is a well-known volunteer who has been actively helping the Ukrainian Armed Forces to resist the enemy since 2015: he has been sending essential items to the frontline and helping to strengthen the defence capabilities of many units and military units of the Armed Forces: A0515-N, A3483, A4643, 7292, the Revenge Battalion of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine, the 54th separate reconnaissance battalion, the 59th separate motorised infantry brigade, the 92nd separate assault brigade, and the 251st maintenance battalion.

‘I decided to sell my car to help our defenders,’ Barbul wrote on Facebook. ’This is only a small part of what I can do, but I believe that every hryvnia is important. The Ukrainian Armed Forces need our support, and we must not stop.’

Barbul is known for the fact that since the beginning of the war he has been constantly helping the Ukrainian military. He purchases necessary items for them, organises fundraising and humanitarian aid. In addition, he helped Ukraine receive armoured vehicles from Canada free of charge. And back in 2017, realising that a full-scale invasion was possible, he began supplying Ukraine with Western lethal weapons for the first time.

‘Our defenders are heroes who risk their lives for our future,’ Barbul says. ’We must do everything we can to help them. Their victory is our victory.

He also funded more than half of the repairs to the bomb shelter at the Okhmatdyt Children's Hospital, which saved hundreds of lives during the terrible Russian missile attack.

But the war is on, and the military needs help to buy drones, electronic warfare devices and other equipment that will help to disrupt the enemy. That's why volunteer and true patriot Pavlo Barbul is selling his car and will donate all the proceeds to the needs of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
